#15 0.609W/0.608W support

Support for the newer Windows protocols should
be added, before 520L becomes obsolete.

This would require however better documentation
to 0.608W or ANY documentation to 0.609W, the
documentation of these protocols is HIGH priority,
but something that I would like to help
someoneelse do, rather than do myself. We need
to be prepared to support both, depending on the
furture of the satelite system.

Mity, who documented 606W, also wrote an AG emulator but
it's not of much use since it's written in Visual Basic.

I sniffed 609W packets and they are pretty much the same as
608W. If necessary, I can attempt to re and document the
newer protocol.
