#30 Unable to resolv local IP

openAG is unable to determine my IP, If it is run under
socks environment.

just checking IP: 111.111.111.111

The IP 111.... are socks proxy IP. They should be local
IP address.

How can local IP be defined at user.txt level. This
will make it work better.
