#17 Possible Database Corruption

From an email from Murias O'Ceallagh:

It seems to me that the database somehow might
get corrupted when a file does not have a steady
connection. when it connects and only grabs a
small peice of the file each time. Each crash I
have of it, it is trying to resume a d/l, and usually
one that it has resumed at least a time or two
before.
