#12 Resuming downloads

Resuming downloads continues to be an issue for
OpenAG.

Although my resuming algorithm works MOST of
the time, there are some cases in which it fails, or
at least appears to fail to the user. I have not been
able to determain exactly what these cases are,
but this is an issue which needs looking into.

Part of this is also my algorithm for determaining
what file they are really sending... some of that ties
into my use of the FILEID data... am I using it right?

Hi there: my name is Max. i am having some trouble
because sometimes the oag does not resume the downloads
and starts all over again from zero, which is not good .
apart from that i think it works really well and you have been a
saviour to me since you rescued me from a very awful
program i used before having open ag. thanks again : max
