Hi Michael,
It’s not quite the same. The main difference is that it’s written with the Latin alphabet as opposed to the normal alphabet (differs depending on which Indian language you’re talking about). There’s also a lot of English mixed into it, so there might be some similarities to Samoan there.

Additionally if you find that you do want to make a mixed dictionary after all it’s usually a lot easier to add words than remove them :-)
