Here's a few bugs from the package on sourceforge.

i/icons/unknown.gif is missing
i/icons/blank.gif is missing

[requires all icons bundled -a]

The files in the r directory have wrong paths for the
require statements.

example: send_late_notice.pl

require '/path/cgi-bin/aaq/r/login.pl

should be '/path/cgi-bin/aaq/login.pl

all the pl files need fixing. the sh file is fine since
it calls a pl in the r directory.

The icons mentioned are from the standard Apache web server
icon collection. Just copy the files into your images location.

These will be included in future packages.
