Changes with respect to the previous version include:

- Added the possibility to print grid box settings with the
"mode=GET" parameter, as opposed to the default "mode=SET"
- Added the "mode=APPEND"parameter to the "load" keyword to allow
appending a dataset to an already loaded one
- Removed the dependency from libedit; now the program attempts to
open the libedit (or libreadline, if libedit is not available)
dynamic library at runtime. libedit/libreadline can still be
built in as a dependency using the --with-editline configure
switch
- Minor bug fixes
