The 9.4.0 is from vSphere lineage which was branched off earlier than 9.2.3 
and is under stricter control, so these fixes have not made there yet.

These are not critical issues, you should be able to pass needed CFLAGS and 
the procps name to ./configure and then it will build just fine.
