Summary: Cut&Paste fails with latest VMware Workstation

Initial Comment:
After upgrading to latest VMware Workstation Cut&Paste does not work anymore.

Host: unchanged (Win7e, 64b)
Guest: unchanged (Debian Linux, openvm-tools stable)
Config: unchanged
VMware: workstation changed from 7.1 to latest

If there is any workaround, please let me know.

I've got it working with 8.8.0 and a little debian packaging fu.  The trick
is to observe that vmware-user is still present, but hidden inside another
program.  Run "/usr/bin/vmtoolsd -n vmusr" instead.
