Version 1.3 of OpenTop, the cross-platform C++ development library from ElCel Technology, has just been released. The new release includes many enhancements including support for two new compilers, HP Tru64 UNIX, UDP and multicast sockets, FTP stream-mode restart and more.

ElCel Technology have released version 1.2 of the OpenTop cross-platform C++ development library.
This is mainly a bug-fix release although it does contain a few minor enhancements. All OpenTop developers are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version.

OpenTop is now available on even more platforms; we are delighted to announce OpenTop Release 1.1, which extends the list of fully supported platforms to include both FreeBSD and Mac OSX.
Release 1.1 also includes a number of minor bug fixes and interface enhancements, but the most exciting news is that ElCel Technology have also released the full source code for xmlvalid, their well-known XML Validator, under the GPL as part of this releaase.... read more

ElCel Technology has released Celios, its cross-platform C++ framework library, to the open source community under the name 'OpenTop'. It is available under a dual license, with GPL being used for open-source development. The project will be hosted by SourceForge.
