Yes, they were module loading errors.  Even though they
report as FATAL, I think since all of those modules are
compiled-in, they are not really fatal.

I think you are probably working with a xen-linux guest with
kernel version 2.6.18?  I think the patch that causes
this problem came after linux-2.6.19 in this Linux commit:
