Fenceacksv can be installed via yum install comoonics-bootimage-fenceacksv. 
For nfsroot it is not essential but just follow the howto and use it also.

In the file cluster.conf under <clusternode><com_info> just add an entry 
<syslog name="ip"/> and be aware that the syslog server needs to reachable 
from the ip configured for the clusternode.

Then you should get logs during boot.
