#3 FEATURE+PATCH: Route by client IP address

Hi, Andrej,

This is a tiny patch for FEATURE(`anfi/smarrtable') that lets you route by source IP address. In smarttable, you put:

so.ur.ce.ip esmtp:[blah.example.org]

I am not a Sendmail expert and this is very lightly tested...
