The Brahms Horn Trio is mostly done. I listened to the midi for obvious wrong notes and caught quite a few. The next TODO's would be: improve page breaks, add cue notes. Other than that it would be nice if someone would actually try using the part and submit back here improvements. So let me know any ways to improve.
Also the notes for Villanelle are all in. The horn part is missing dynamics and the piano part needs to be cleaned up. So I'm making good progess there.
Tonight I finished putting in the notes for the piano part. So I'm making good progress. My next task is to get all the dynamics and expression text in. After that it's just a matter of making it all look nice and having a few eyes look it over for wrong notes and other mistakes.
I've decided to put the Beethoven on the back burner for a while until the partcombine problems in Lilypond are resolved. From what I understand they are working on implementing a "music stream" as part of the interpretation phase which will make implementing the part combine function easier. Until then I've been working on the Brahms Horn Trio. Any comments and help are welcome. I've got the notes for the Horn and Violin parts done and I'm part way through the second movement of the Piano part.
I just did the subversion initial import of Beethoven's Third Symphony "Eroica" so go have a look. Any help would be great. I'm still trying to figure out Lilypond best practices so comments on how I can improve the structure would be welcome too. The plan is to use the public domain Litolff edition for the source (you can get a copy at imslp.org).
