#2 Add "UPLOAD" type to listing forms

While a current work-around exists using the URL field type, a great addition would be an upload field type that can be added to the listing template. Purpose, to upload a document such as a pdf of an inspection report, special conditions of sale, sellers disclaimers etc.

Right now I have created a separate directory and a user file upload utility separate from OR to allow addition of these types of files, then created URL fields for these where the user has to type in the path to the files.

It works and serves the purpose but having "upload" as a field type that then shows a link to the file for viewing/download would make life easier on the end users.
