#32 Open / Save from FTP

FTP Open from FTP:
Open an existing document from an FTP site.

A list of configured accounts is shown and any of the
accounts may be selected. If a new account is selected
from the list OPEN PERL IDE automatically tries to
connect to the site and browse it.

A new account must be configured for each site to be
connected to as each site may have a different name,
password, directory etc.
