#28 Detect / reload modified files

First of all, thanks to the developers for a great job! This
IDE is just what I've been looking for.

I often edit my source files with a separate editor
program outside of the IDE. Would it be possible to
detect files changed on disk and reload them, in a
manner similar to Visual Studio?

I'd also like to second the request for configurable
shortcut keys.

Added note: I just noticed that the IDE does the checking I
described above outside of a debug session. When I
originally tried this, I was debugging the program.
