      I have same problem.

      My environment
      v5.8.8 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

      This problem is dbTemplate.txt in
      Win32::GetFullPathName($filename);

      sub ExpandFileName {
        my $filename = shift;
      print"filename:$filename\n";
        if ($filename =~ m/^\(/) {
          return $filename;
        } else {
          my $result = "I:\\test.pl";$filename;#Win32::GetFullPathName($filename);
          return NormalizeFileName($result);
        }
      }

      But only test.pl test.
      I hope so Problem solving.

      Open dbTemplate.txt

      Find

      use Cwd;
      use File::Spec;
      use IO::Socket::INET;

      And add after

      use Win32;

      That's it.
