Quality Control

• The LC-MS Quality Control script allows to assess the overall quality of raw LC-MS dataset. It generates a short PDF report with meta data, general statistics, TIC and a simple search. QualityControlLCMS.tar.gz (open-ms.svn.sourceforge.net)
