Conversion Scripts

The following scripts allow users to convert result files from MaxQuant, Thermo's Proteome Discoverer and Nonlinear Dynamics' Progenesis to the OpenMS format consensusXML. Results from external tools can then be opened in the OpenMS Viewer TOPPView and be compared.
