Hi, all Executable code of ``Open JTalk'' include ``hts_engine API'' and ``MeCab.'' They are released under the BSD license. So, *3* copyright must be included with the executable code in your distribution. Please, note that ``CC BY'' license is different from the ``BSD'' license.
