#15 DIS2009.xml is invalid

DIS2009.xml file has three invalid closing tags (<class> instead of </class>).

Furthermore, when trying to generate the classes from this XML file, i get the "error":
Makes reference to a class of name EventID but no user-defined class of that type can be found in the document
