#33 DLL Static Linking: Access violation in Windows 2000

1. Create a blank VCL forms project.
2. Add DbxOpenOdbcStatic in uses in any unit.
3. Compile and run the project.

There will be an access violation. If the uses was added in the project file, it will give an error of "Privileged instruction".
