Hi

A small patch that avoid a compile error when building GNU Cobol without a screenio support.
By the way, SCREEN SECTION is not part of the ANSI 85 standard and IMO, should be annoted as such.

    Hi, thank you for your patch.

    As this problem only occurs in 1.x (2.x was fixed some time ago and is near-to-release-candidate) there is no place to commit it.

    Closing it, but thank you anyway as this may help people using 1.x.
