#12 update on Customer branch generates a new branch

I am new to this, so please don't shoot me at sight :-)

We have installed OA on LAMP, works fine on almost
every aspects (still digging into reports), except so far
for one thing: in Sales/Customer branches, when I try to
edit the main branch and update, it saves to another
branch also called "main branch", making two of them
instead of updating the original. Is that normal? Can it be
avoided or solved?

Again, sorry if I missed anything...
