Object Pascal Differential Evolution is a native object pascal implementation of the differential evolution, which is a very simple population based, stochastic function minimizer which is very powerful at the same time.

The implementation features step-by-step optimizations and a single-/multithreaded optimization run until a specified number of evaluations has been performed.
