#214 [openphone] Enable logging to stdout at startup

If openphone is configured to write logging to the stdout, when it is closed and opened again, the logging configuration is ignored at all.

This behavoir is because, when the application is initalizated, if the logging output is not a defined file, the logging is disabled.

The present patch fix this situation by removing the trace file in the conditional to enable the logging.
