[Opalvoip-devel] Procyon does not send Re-INVITE

Hi Robert,
While testing Procyon, I observed that if I call to a non existing IP, 
OPAL does not send Re-INVITE as it has not received 100 Trying it should 
do. However, Lacaille works fine.

Is there any regression in Procyon?
