The H.323 decryption method H.235.6 has been completely non-functional since version v3_18_8. It fails to decode any video, regardless of the video conferencing scenario, including calls made between OpenPhone devices. The issue arises from the very first packet of decryption of video , as it fails to decode even critical elements like SPS and PPS. This functionality was working correctly in version v3_14_4. Could you please have a look at into to this issue?

This issue seems like originated since code got migrated to involve openssl version 1.1.1 changes and even tested it on openssl version 1.0.4. I attached logs and tcpdump to have more insight into it
