modified the main() to use the location of xml configuration (rather than
a separate args file). also fixed a bug where the workingDir was not being
used to figure out complete path of files during validation. Still no
support for groups however.

now checking whether an untagged param is part of a mutually exclusive
group - if so, not validating it as it is impossible to figure out which
one of the parameters in the group it is
