I'm not.  In fact, I expect that this will likely fail until I figure out a 
proper way to get a different default queue for the opal user under PBS.
I was hoping to get everything else working first, then work out this final 
point.  I was also hoping the error messages would help determine the current 
problem.

I'm planning on increasing the logging level and seeing what happens.
