[Opaltoolkit-users] Opal Python Release: Version 1.9.3

Hello all,

Version 1.9.3 of the Opal Python libraries are now available from our  
website here: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=211778&package_id=260248 
. The key difference from version 1.9.2 is that this release depends  
on ZSI 2.1_a1, which is not dependent on the outdated PyXML package.
