OPA-JAVA ADDED TO OPA STREAMS

OPA-JAVA, the Java port of OPA-CF, has been released in BETA version and added as
one of OPA code streams. The downloadable file has been added to the OPA 2.0 file release
on sourceforge.net. The files have also been put up on the Concurrent Version System (CVS)
on sourceforge.net. The CVS directory root is opa/opaJAVA.
