OP-yc's first public release

This is OP-yc version 0.990 and also the first public release of OP-yc. Currently, the code is in a huge, single C file and is a total mess with lots of dirty tricks which are forbidden in the common programming sense. The situation will be very much improved in the next release. Thank you for being interested in OP-yc.
