Dr. Michael Rowley who is the current project director/manager/head
honcho for TORCH.  He is very busy working out some of the interface
issues that plagued FreePM and TORCH.  I expect that he will soon have a
very nice product ready that will be easily adaptable to other countries
since there won't be a need to re-factor the database.
