Hello John-Paul, I am glad you are interesed in Torch! How did you get lucky enough to get this opportunity. I'm jealous. We have some new stuff coming up on TORCH2, and hope that we will have some pretty rapid advances made in the near future. I am currently using OpenEMR in my office, and have used FreeB to do our billing for a two physician office for 6 months now. I would love to have the opportunity to talk to you about this, and to throw my 2c in on TORCH vs OpenEMR, and the open source market in general. I think we will have something to show you in 6-8 weeks as far as TORCH goes. For now, you would only have 1.3 to look at. Is this the Fall Symposium, Oct 22-26? If so, do you know what the itinerary looks like? When the panel is to take place? If we could arrange some time to talk, I would love to arrange to meet with you, either net, phone, or f2f.
