[Op-torch-general] test site

Hello All,

Well, jsut wanted to let everyone know what was going on.  We have 
decieded not to release a new package, but instead to put up a test 
site.  Things are changing daily, and this is just easier.  so, for 
now, go to

http://24.99.207.252:8080/Torch/

and log in as  User: user with password: password  from there you will 
navigate to the user home, there you will see an ehr object, that is 
where the goodness is.  We will have a more user friendly face soon.
