ooRuleML project approved and project page is being constructed slowly.

My plan is to use all sections in sourceforge rather than setting up forum, news script and such. Please keep in mind that this project will be at http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooruleml

I am going to upload codes, libraries and documentation as soon as possible.
