#4 OORexxDoc crashes when use strict arg without any arguments is used

use strict arg without any arguments (i.e. "use strict arg" and nothing else) is a valid statement that will raise an syntax error when there are argumnets provided to a method, function or routine. OORexDoc does not seem to honour this and crashes as this simple example shows

use strict arg
return

thank you for the ticket. This project page has not received any update for a long time.
ooRexxDoc is bundled with https://sourceforge.net/projects/bsf4oorexx/files/Sandbox/aseik/ooRexxIDEA/
and has evolved a lot. I uploaded the latest version of ooRexxDoc here. It works quiet different now. Please see the USAGE.md provided in the .zip file.

The error you mentioned does not occur on the latest version.
