Thanks to Mark a problem has been discovered and resolved with the SVN
properties for files in the repository. During checkout of files from the
repository it was assumed by me that the svn command would use the local
config file to apply properties to the files as they were being checked
out. But that is NOT the case.
Instead. the svn checkout uses the properties already assigned to each
file in the repository. Oops!
So, I updated the properties on most all the files in the branch with the
correct properties. Checkout now applies those properties correctly.
Warning!!!!!! What this means is that if you add new files to the
repository you need to set the correct properties for the file or it
cannot be checked out properly at a later time. So make sure up have the
correct svn config file so that the autoprops property is set when you do
either an import or an add.
Everyone needs to perform a fresh checkout of all files in the branch.
