I've just added support to the alarm class to accept either a DateTime or
TimeSpan object as the time argument. The Alarm class also supports setting
a time using a timestamp that's the date('N') format blank concatenated with
the time('n') format. It might be useful for .DateTime to have a fromXXXXX
option that will parse this format, since it's already getting used. The
question is, what should we call that format?
Also, I still need a suggestion for a fromXXXXX name for TimeSpan to parse
its string value. That format is "-ddddddd.hh:mm:ss.uuuuuu". The sign will
not be included if the time span is positive. The days and the decimal will
not be included if the interval is less than a day. I'm leaning toward
fromTimeSpan, but I'm not completely happy with that name because it sort of
implied it would take a TimeSpan instance.
