[Oorexx-devel] Should we have a build tools download?

Would it be a good idea to pull together a package of some of tools
developers might need for building ooRexx?  It would be nice if we could
offer "one-stop" shopping for an svn client, xalan, xerces, plus maybe
whatever tools are needed to build the docs.  We can't do this for every
platform, but we might be able to created a bundle for one or two.  This
might help mitigate some of the "first build" pain that happens.
