I didn't specify the name anywhere, and I always use ooRexx not oorexx. The packaging tools change it to oorexx and the packaging tools also introduce the underscore. I looked and it seemed, to me, to be the convention for the naming of all .deb packages. The only thing I changed, was to add the debian and ubuntu portion, otherwise there was no way to distinguish between the two. The name produced by the packaging tools is the same for both packages. I am sure if I had changed the name, some Debian fanatic would complain about the ooRexx .deb packages not being consistent with Debian conventions. <grin> I would prefer that ooRexx followed our own internal conventions, and whole-heartedly agree that ooRexx should be used not oorexx. -- Mark Miesfeld |
