Lee, To expand on my reply a little bit. It is not the marketing name for the SDK that is important. If you look at both links I sent, you see the info on the page includes the date published. The Server 2003 SP1 one was published on 5/2/2005 the Server 2003 SP2 one was published on 3/15/2006. So the Server 2003 SP2 is a later version of the SDK, it will include documentation and changes that Microsoft made during those 14 months. You could install both SDKs on Windows 2000 and then target applications for Windows Server 2003. But, if you need to target some feature that Microsoft included in SP2 for Server 2003, you would need the later version of the SDK. By the way, if you wanted to target any changes introduced in XP SP2 you would probably also need the later SDK. -- Mark Miesfeld |
