Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear enough. Assume you have a tree view display where you've expanding all children. It is long so in order to see the last line you need to scroll down. What I'm looking for is a function (not just a screen print) that transfers the current COMPLETE tree view to another media, say a printer, in the same form that it's displayed (except tabs and buttons that don't belong to the data itself). For medias other than a printer it probably would need to be stored in a binary form, such as jpg, tiff, pdf,... Compare it with an email print function, which prints the whole email and not just what you see on the screen.

Maybe this helps.

My question is: is there a way to produce printed or otherwise saved versions of, for example, ListView and Treeview result screens that include not only what is shown in the current window but the complete output. I find that this could be extremely useful.

The simple answer is ooDialog does not provide any such thing.

However, I'm not really sure what you are talking about, what you mean by ListView or TreeView "result screens."  There are utilities for taking snapshots of the screen, or portion of the screen.  I like hoverSnap myself.
