No, it is not possible to define the columns for a list view in a resource editor.  The individuall columns have to be inserted through code. 
The way it is done in ooDialog, is the same way it is done in a C / C++ application.  That is, in initDialog insert the desired columns.  In a C / C++ application, the programmer would handle the WM_INITDIALOG message and insert the columns there, using the same Win32 API that ooDialog uses for inserting columns.
