Statements such as:

    self~createListView(IDC_ORDMGMT_ICONS, e~x, e~y, e~w, e~h, 'icon')

work OK.

But if I add single or double quotes around the symbolic ID like this:

    self~createListView('IDC_ORDMGMT_ICONS', e~x, e~y, e~w, e~h, 'icon')

Then I get an error message "DlgAreaU class could not parse
SELF~CREATELISTVIEW(...)", and this and other controls do not re-size when
the window is re-sized.

Is this working properly, or is it a bug?

You can try this fix and test it.  If it fixes things, we can change the code.

I just tested it myself and committed the fix.

If you are using SwitchOODialog, but not switching back and forth.  I.e., if you are just staying with ooDialog 4.2.0, you can just edit ooDialog.cls as I showed above.  If you switch to 4.1.0 and then switch back to 4.2.0, you will lose the edit.
