#561 Improve tracing of no source available lines.

The new stackframe tracebacks are better at giving the complete source of problems, including identifying compiled methods. However, if the source code is not available, it just gives the line number and the package name:

628 - Package "C:\ORexxDev\oorexx\Win32Dbg\CoreClasses.orx" (no source available)

It would be more useful if it identified the method and class scope like is done with compiled code. I realize this is in non-shipped code, but I'm opening an RFE so I don't forget to loop back on this.

    As part of this, the package name should not be displayed for code contained in the image. That code should just indicated the method/class scope.
