#158 Add iteration over a supplier to DO/LOOP

Using suppliers can be a bit daunting, and also error prone, as it's easy to forget to add the s~next at the end of the loop. It would be nice if there was a variable of DO/LOOP that directly supported the mechanics of supplier iteration. Ideally, you should be able to specify 2 control variables for the separate item and index.

    There doesn't seem to be a lot of support for doing this.

    Sorry I didn't indicate interest in this.

    It seems nice to me. Especially since I usually forget the ~next call the first time I code a supplier loop. Well, not always, but quite often.
