64bit OORexx getting "not compatible" message on Windows 7

I'm sure this is something I've done wrong as I had 64bit OORexx working on a previous install of Windows 7. Just had to reinstall due to faulty hard drive and getting the message "rexx.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running". Just to be safe, I downloaded the latest version: ooRexx-4.1.2.windows.x86_64 and installed.

Any thoughts or input on what could be wrong here?
    Thanks

On the face of it, I would say you installed a 32-bit version of Windows by
      mistake.

And I just learned what is going wrong... I apparently used the 32bit not the 64bit install to rebuild. Good thing OOREXX complained. (Insert sound of hand hitting forehead here)
